Cookie Policy

What is a cookie and what is it used for?

A cookie is a small data file that a website sends to your browser and that is stored on your device. Cookies can be necessary for a website to function correctly (so-called technical cookies), or they can be used to track a user's preferences across visits in order to build profiles and target advertising (so-called profiling cookies). Cookies may be set by the website you are visiting (first-party cookies) or by other companies whose content is embedded in it (third-party cookies).

The cookies used on this website

This website keeps things deliberately simple:

Technical cookies only. The only cookie this website sets is the access cookie used during the invitation-only preview (zegna_access). It remembers that you have entered your access name so you are not asked again on every page, and it expires after 7 days. It is strictly necessary for the operation of the private preview and contains no tracking information. Because it is a purely technical cookie, consent is not required for its use.

No analytics, no profiling, no advertising. This website does not use analytical cookies, profiling cookies, advertising or retargeting cookies, social-media pixels, or any third-party tracking of any kind. No profile of your browsing behaviour is created, and no data about your visit is shared with advertising networks.

Browser storage. If you create a boutique profile or add items to your selection, those details are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device, as described in the Privacy Policy. Local storage is not a cookie and is never read by third parties.

How to control cookies in your browser

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser's settings. Instructions for the main browsers:

Chrome · Firefox · Safari · Edge

Blocking the access cookie will simply mean the private preview asks for your name on each visit; it has no other effect.

Data controller

The data controller for any data processed through this website is [Company Name] LLC (I/N: [identification number]), Shota Rustaveli Avenue 50, Tbilisi, Georgia. For any question, or to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and the GDPR where applicable, contact tbilisi@zegna.com. Changes

If this website ever introduces analytics or other cookies, this policy will be updated first, and a consent banner will be added where the law requires one.
